Princess Clemente (she/her)

L&D Manager

My Story

Princess is an experienced learning and development professional who loves the intersection of transformative learning experiences and creative design. She joins the IDEAS Generation team in a part-time role as the Learning & Development Manager.
Princess became drawn to the IDEAS space during her time in college hearing the personal stories of undocumented students. This led her to see storytelling as an important tool in IDEAS work to help others find insight in pages of data, everyday conversations, and quiet moments of reflection.

Prior to IDEAS Generation, Princess helped design meaningful learning experiences for clients as a Senior Instructional Designer for Be Equitable, a consulting firm supporting organizations in IDEAS work. Princess has also held L&D roles in the tech industry and local government. She holds an M.S. in Training & Development and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of St. Francis.

When she’s not working, you’ll most likely find her doing something sports-related, whether that’s watching women’s sports, playing a tennis match, or learning ice hockey. She is based in Silver Spring, Maryland with her wife and cats.
