Entitled, IDEAS for the Future from Next-Gen Leaders, the report articulates why we use IDEAS (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Social Justice) as a framework to take traditional Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) work into the future and offers six themes through which leaders and organizations can do so.
Our hope is that this report:
Helps catalyze important conversations about IDEAS amongst not only formal diversity and inclusion professionals but also with advocates and champions of these principles in other contexts and professional areas
Serves as a knowledge and capacity building resource
Inspires diverse leaders of all generations to take action towards building a more inclusive, equitable, and just tomorrow
