My Story

Jashma Cockhren is a strategist, analyst, and community builder passionate about using marketing, education, and storytelling to create real impact. She’s worked across higher education, marketing and advertising, and research with organizations like Accenture, Ogilvy, Walmart, and Jacksonville University, helping launch campaigns, shape audience strategies, and design programs that empower people and communities.

With an MBA and BBA in Marketing, combined with her background in higher education, this has fueled her dedication to mentorship, career readiness, and creating pathways for underrepresented voices. She’s equally driven by her interests in urban planning and economic development, exploring how design, policy, and community vision can come together to build more inclusive cities and sustainable living for everyone.

Known for her ability to connect the dots between people, systems, and ideas, Jashma approaches every project with a future-focused lens where she focuses on blending insight, imagination, and strategy to create meaningful change in both communities and industries.
