My Story

Grace is an organization development practitioner and experienced change management professional, with a history of working with mission-driven and international organizations since 2008. Grace has joined IDEAS Generation as its Director of Consulting while maintaining an independent practice supporting clients in the human rights and social impact sectors.

Most recently, Grace served as the National Director of Organizational Development for Amnesty International USA (AIUSA), responsible for leading efforts aimed at increased operational effectiveness, process improvement, and culture change.

Prior to Amnesty, Grace helped grow the Project Management Office (PMO) for Cook Ross Inc. (now known as Be Equitable) a minority and woman-owned consulting firm specializing in organizational change management, supporting corporate and non-profit clients in IDEAS strategy and implementation. Grace held progressive roles in Client Services specializing in project and resource management. Grace has also worked for Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, American Councils for International Education, and served as an Education Volunteer with Peace Corps Ukraine.

In their free time, Grace is an avid reader, cinemagoer, and prioritizes visiting friends and family. In addition, she serves as the Co-Chair for the AIUSA Nominating Committee, leading Board recruitment efforts. Grace is an international adoptee, born in South Korea and raised in Oregon. They have lived in Washington, DC, Los Angeles, and are currently based in Chicago.
