My Story

Clementina Jose is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), speaker, advocate, SEL specialist, and writer dedicated to advancing student success and mental health equity. She has led systemic change across K-12 and higher education, with a focus on underserved communities and under-resourced schools. Currently serving as a program manager in higher education, Clementina oversees initiatives supporting students with disabilities as they transition college to the workforce. As a doctoral student in educational leadership, she also consults, writes, and serves on multiple boards committed to mental health literacy, student advocacy, and educational equity.
