Our IDEAS Fellowship is a two-year, cohort-based fellowship program that incubates and accelerates the next generation of connected leaders to advance IDEAS: Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Access, and Social Justice in their workplaces and communities through intensive skill building, intergenerational mentorship, compensated experiential learning, and professional placement in nonprofit and social impact organizations.
