Bio:
Grace is an organization development practitioner and experienced change management professional, with a history of working with mission-driven and international organizations since 2008. Grace has joined IDEAS Generation as its Director of Consulting while maintaining an independent practice supporting clients in the human rights and social impact sectors.
Most recently, Grace served as the National Director of Organizational Development for Amnesty International USA (AIUSA), responsible for leading efforts aimed at increased operational effectiveness, process improvement, and culture change.
Prior to Amnesty, Grace helped grow the Project Management Office (PMO) for Cook Ross Inc. (now known as Be Equitable) a minority and woman-owned consulting firm specializing in organizational change management, supporting corporate and non-profit clients…
