My Story

Dr. Kimberly (Kim) Walker is the Senior Advisor, Global Inclusion and Belonging at Population Services International (PSI), a global health nonprofit. In this role, she manages PSI’s strategy and implementation around greater inclusion across 40 different countries. She also serves as adjunct faculty at several different universities. Her research and teaching focuses on leadership, organization development, collaboration, and power dynamics. She has a Master's in Urban Planning from UCLA, a Master's in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University, and a Master's in Leadership and Change from Antioch University in addition to her doctorate. In her free time, Kim is an avid marathon runner, traveler, and reader. A native of Cleveland, OH, she now lives in Washington, DC with her husband and dog.
