Baridilo Dube (she/her/hers)

Grounded in lived and professional experience, Baridilo Dube is a compassionate and results-oriented racial equity consultant. At the center of Baridilo’s strategy is relationship building and she works to center the most oppressed and tangibly improve their circumstances and opportunities. She specializes in equipping teams with the accountability, infrastructure, and relationships proven to create more equitable environments. Most recently, she was the Racial Equity in Capacity Building Specialist at a nonprofit focused on supporting more equitable communities through lasting affordable housing solutions. Baridilo earned her BA in Policy Studies and Sociology from Rice University in her hometown of Houston, TX. She enjoys dancing of all kinds, binge reading novels, and decorating her apartment.
